Hi, I’m Lisa - coach, facilitator, and founder of Lime Tree Coaching.
I help people navigate the moments that matter - at work, at home, and in how they show up each day.
I believe the key to lasting change lies in compassion, communication, and connection - with ourselves and the people around us.
My work combines neuroscience, practical tools, and grounded, compassionate coaching to support meaningful change.
I work with families with teens or young adults, and with workplaces, leaders and business owners.

My Coaching Approach
I’m an accredited coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified ADHD coach. My coaching blends current neuroscience with practical, compassionate strategies, drawing on training in NLP, wellbeing, and trauma-informed practice.
I use evidence-informed coaching frameworks to support reflection, emotional regulation, communication, and behavioural change - always tailored to each person’s goals and context.
Clients describe my coaching as calm, grounding and deeply supportive, with conversations that create clarity and help them find approaches that genuinely work for them.
Why I Do This Work
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles across global organisations in finance, project management and transformation. Those years taught me a lot about human behaviour - how stress affects performance, how communication shapes relationships, and how challenging it can be to balance work, family, and personal wellbeing.
My work is also shaped by lived experience. As a parent of two young adults and someone who has supported neurodivergent family members, I understand how complex home life and transitions can feel.
This combination of professional experience and personal insight is at the heart of how I coach: with warmth, clarity, and a deep belief in people’s ability to grow when they have the right support.
