What can I expect?

I provide a structured, supportive coaching environment where individuals can build the clarity, skills and confidence needed for professional growth. Coaching focuses on practical strategies that can be applied immediately in everyday work.

Sessions are delivered online, offering flexibility for individuals, workplaces and self-employed professionals. Optional HR or manager check-ins are available with consent. Onsite support can be arranged for organisations in Australia.

How can coaching help?

Coaching provides targeted support to help individuals grow and perform at their best. I work with clients to:

  • communicate more effectively and build stronger relationships

  • increase confidence in decision-making, leadership and responsibility

  • manage stress, pressure and workplace challenges

  • develop practical systems and routines that support performance

  • clarify professional goals and move forward with confidence

I also facilitate workplace sessions and workshops to support communication, leadership capability and team connection when group support is helpful.

Support for neurodivergent employees and business owners

While I work with all professionals, I have specialist training and lived experience supporting neurodivergent employees and business owners (including ADHD and autism), using tailored strategies that support:

  • executive functioning

  • task initiation and follow-through

  • emotional regulation

  • communication and self-advocacy

  • structure and routine
