What Is Job Access Coaching?

It’s funded by the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) and can support challenges such as:
Time management and organisation
Emotional regulation and communication
Reducing overwhelm and stress
Strengthening executive function
Navigating workplace relationships
Building sustainable work habits
Self-advocacy in the workplace
Who is it for?
You may be eligible if you:
Have a diagnosed disability, such as Autism or ADHD
Work at least 8 hours per week
Expect to stay in that role for at least 13 weeks
Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a TPV / SHEV
Are experiencing workplace challenges and want to develop strategies for workplace success
This includes teenagers (of eligible working age) and casual workers
What’s the First Step?
To apply for coaching through Job Access, you’ll need:
A quote from your chosen coach
A description of your workplace challenges
An outline of how coaching will help
I’ll work with you to prepare all of this.
You’ll also need to provide your own supporting information, like proof of employment and your diagnosis.
What Does Coaching Include?
Individual coaching sessions (typically 8-10 sessions)
Personalised strategies that work with your ADHD/Autistic brain
Guidance on identifying and requesting helpful workplace adjustments
Support to build sustainable, realistic work routines
Working with a coach who specialises in neurodivergence means working with someone who truly understands your unique challenges and strengths.
We focus on what you do well and how to leverage those abilities, using strategies designed specifically for ADHD and Autistic brains.
I’m Lisa from Lime Tree Coaching - an ICF-accredited coach with specialist training in ADHD coaching, emotional wellbeing and a trauma-informed approach, grounded by lived experience supporting neurodivergent teens and young adults.
I support teens and adults in all kinds of roles - from casual work to self-employment to leadership - and I’m qualified to provide coaching funded through the Job Access Employment Assistance Fund (EAF).
My coaching is respectful, strengths-focused, and tailored to how your brain works. Whether you’re navigating executive function challenges, sensory stress, or communication difficulties at work, we tailor strategies to your needs and pace.
I’ll guide you through the application process and provide coaching that helps you stay regulated, supported, and equipped for the work you want to do - in a way that feels right for you and your brain.

Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action toward the life and relationships you want. Unlike therapy or counselling, which often explore past experiences to support healing, coaching is about where you are now and where you want to go.
As an accredited ICF coach and ADHD coach, I work with parents, teens, young adults, and families to navigate challenges, strengthen connections, and tap into practical strategies that support growth, communication, and wellbeing.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions but can complement other support really well.
Coaching is for anyone navigating a challenge, feeling stuck, or wanting more clarity or connection in everyday life.
If you're a parent wanting to feel more confident, a teen or young adult seeking direction, or a family looking for better communication, coaching offers a safe space to explore what's going on and move forward with support.
Each session is tailored to your goals. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what simple, practical strategies could help.
You won't be told what to do, but you will be supported in finding what works best for you.
Absolutely. I offer a free 15-minute intro call so we can talk about what you’re looking for and whether coaching is the right fit. There’s no pressure - just a chance to connect and explore your next steps.
Click on the Book an Intro Call button above or go to the Contact page to book the session
You may be eligible if you:
Have a disability, mental health condition, or neurodivergent diagnosis (e.g. ADHD or Autism)
Work or are self-employed for at least 8 hours per week
Expect to stay in the job for at least 13 weeks
Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a TPV or SHEV
Coaching is fully funded by the Australian Government - up to $1,642.29 per 12-month period through the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) (currently (as at Jan 2025)).
Once approved, your sessions won’t cost you anything.
No. You can apply independently - your employer does not need to be involved unless you want them to be.
Some clients choose to involve their manager to help with workplace adjustments or support, but it’s completely up to you.
Yes. All coaching sessions are currently offered online via Telehealth (Zoom), making it easy and flexible to access support no matter where you're located. I work with clients across Australia and beyond.
Most ongoing coaching sessions are 45 minutes, which allows time to explore challenges, build insight, and create practical next steps - without feeling overwhelming.
Many clients (especially parents, teens, young adults, and those with ADHD) find that this focused, manageable length works well with busy lives and attention spans.
First sessions are typically 60 minutes, giving us extra space to get to know each other, clarify your goals, and lay the foundations for our work together.
If you’re ever unsure what’s right for you, we’ll talk it through and find the right fit.
To ensure you get the results you are looking for, I recommend weekly sessions for the first four sessions, moving to fortnightly or monthly after that depending on your needs. This will ensure you get the results you want faster. However, this is flexible depending on your individual circumstances.
Yes - you’ll need documentation confirming your diagnosis (this could be a report or letter from a healthcare professional).
If you’re unsure what’s needed, I can talk you through it during your application call.
To apply for coaching support through JobAccess, you’ll need:
A quote and documentation from me
Proof of employment
Diagnosis confirmation
We’ll walk through this together - you don’t need to figure it out on your own.
Most clients receive between 8–10 sessions. We’ll tailor the plan to your goals and what’s most supportive for your situation.
Yes. Job Access coaching is available for eligible teens and casual workers too - as long as you meet the basic criteria (diagnosis, 8+ hours/week, and employment expected to continue for 13+ weeks).
I work with teens, young adults, and adults. The coaching process is always tailored to your age, goals, and lived experience.
Autism and ADHD coaching focuses on areas that are often more challenging for neurodivergent brains - like emotional regulation, sensory needs, routines, communication, time management, and follow-through.
It’s not one-size-fits-all. This coaching is tailored to how your brain works, using a strengths-based, neuroscience-informed approach. We build tools that are practical and sustainable in daily life - whether you're navigating work, study, or transitions.
As an experienced neurodiversity coach, I focus on helping you work with your brain - in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
Yes - if something comes up between sessions, you’re welcome to reach out via text or email for brief check-ins or questions.
For Job Access coaching, I also offer optional accountability support between sessions. This can include scheduled check-ins (by message or email) to help you stay on track with specific goals or action steps we’ve set together. It’s flexible, encouraging, and tailored to what works best for you.
If you're applying for coaching funded through JobAccess, yes — you'll need a formal diagnosis to be eligible. This can be a report or letter from a qualified health professional.
If you're seeking private coaching (not through JobAccess), a diagnosis is not required. I'm happy to work with you based on your lived experience, challenges, and goals.
Yes - coaching sessions are confidential. I provide a safe, private space for you to talk openly without judgment.
The only exception is if I have serious concerns about your safety or the safety of someone else. In that case I would discuss the next steps with you first wherever possible.
If you’re a teen or young adult, what we talk about stays between us - unless you give me permission to share something with a parent or caregiver.
I ask for 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment to give me time to find someone else to fill your place.
