What Is Job Access Coaching?
Job Access coaching is personalised, one-on-one support designed to help you navigate the challenges of work related to ADHD and AuDHD.
Funding comes through the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) and can support challenges such as:
Time management and organisation
Emotional regulation and communication
Reducing overwhelm and stress
Strengthening executive function
Navigating workplace relationships
Building sustainable work habits
Self-advocacy in the workplace

Who is it for?
You (or your employee) may be eligible if you/they:
Are diagnosed with ADHD.
Work at least 8 hours per week.
Expect to stay in that role for at least 13 weeks.
Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a TPV / SHEV.
Are experiencing workplace challenges and want to develop strategies for workplace success.

What’s the First Step?
To apply for coaching through Job Access, you (or your employee) will need:
A description of workplace challenges
An outline of how coaching will help
A quote from your chosen coach
I’ll work with you to prepare this.
You’ll also need to provide your own supporting information, like proof of employment and your diagnosis.
What Does Coaching Include?
Individual coaching sessions (typically 8-10 sessions)
Personalised strategies that work with your ADHD/AuDHD brain
Guidance on identifying and requesting helpful workplace adjustments
Support to build sustainable, realistic work routines
Our sessions are tailored to the workplace needs outlined in your EAF application

No. You can apply independently - your employer does not need to be involved unless you want them to be.
Some clients choose to involve their manager to help with workplace adjustments or support, but it’s completely up to you.
Yes. If they meet the weekly work-hours requirement and can provide evidence of self-employment.
Yes. Once your Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) application is approved, coaching sessions are fully funded up to the annual limit.
You’ll need proof of diagnosis, ID and evidence of working. I’ll guide you through exactly what to prepare before submitting your application.
